Introduction Amerney LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates AI-powered voice agent and messaging services on behalf of client businesses, including restaurants and service-based businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you interact with our services, including when you call a business that uses our AI voice agent technology or receive text messages through our platform. This Privacy Policy applies to all services operated under the CoachBizz.ai platform. By interacting with a business that uses our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 2. Our Role as a Service Provider Amerney LLC acts as a technology service provider on behalf of our client businesses. We provide AI voice agent and messaging tools that client businesses use to communicate with their customers. We process personal information on behalf of and at the direction of our client businesses. The client business you are interacting with is the entity responsible for determining how your information is used in connection with their business operations. 3. Information We Collect When you interact with a business that uses our AI voice agent or messaging services, we may collect the following categories of information: - Phone Number. Your phone number is collected when you place an inbound call to a business using our AI voice agent or when an SMS message is sent to you through our platform. - Call Data. We collect information related to your call, including call duration, call timestamps, and the content of the conversation with the AI voice agent as necessary to provide the service. - Call Recording and Transcription. Calls handled by our AI voice agent may be recorded or transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, consent verification, and compliance purposes. - SMS Data. If you consent to receive an SMS message during a call, we collect information related to that message, including your phone number, the content of the message sent, delivery status, and any reply you send (such as STOP to opt out). - Consent Records. We maintain records of your verbal consent to receive SMS messages, including the date, time, and context in which consent was provided. 4. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • To operate our AI voice agent service and respond to your inbound calls on behalf of client businesses. • To send you informational and transactional SMS messages that you have consented to receive during a call, such as restaurant location links, menu links, online ordering links, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. • To process and honor opt-out requests (e.g., when you reply STOP). • To maintain records of consent and communications for compliance purposes. • To improve and maintain the reliability and performance of our services. • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations. 5. SMS Messaging Practices Consent. We send SMS messages only after you provide explicit verbal consent during an inbound phone call with our AI voice agent. We do not send unsolicited text messages. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages unless you provide separate, explicit opt-in consent for marketing communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the client business. Types of Messages. SMS messages sent through our platform are informational and transactional in nature. Examples include: • Links to a restaurant’s location or directions • Links to a restaurant’s menu • Links to online ordering platforms • Appointment confirmations • Appointment reminders Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you reply STOP, we will promptly cease sending SMS messages to your number. You may also contact us at support@coachbizz.ai to request removal from our messaging lists. Message Frequency. Message frequency will vary and is limited to the specific informational or transactional messages requested by the caller during the interaction. Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages you receive. 6. No Use of Purchased or Rented Contact Lists Amerney LLC does not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire phone number lists or lead lists from third parties for the purpose of sending SMS messages. All phone numbers in our system are collected directly through inbound calls initiated by the individuals themselves. We do not use shared, purchased, or rented lead-generation lists. 7. Information Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: Client Businesses. We share call and messaging data with the client business on whose behalf we are providing services, as necessary for them to manage their customer relationships. Service Providers. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our platform, such as telephony providers and messaging delivery services. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services on our behalf. Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. 8.
